Stageline invites you to take the stage and join our team as an Welder Assembler – Evening Shift.

For over 35 years, we have been promoting innovation, quality, and sustainability in the entertainment industry. Our stages, featured at major festivals such as Osheaga, Piknic Électronik, and the Montreal Jazz Festival, are also the beating heart of neighborhood parties and local events, creating memories for generations to come.

Your responsibilities:
  • You will assemble and weld the parts needed to manufacture our stages and trailers, according to plans and technical instructions.
  • You will manufacture a variety of products, some of which are complex, while adhering to Stageline's quality standards.
  • You will self-check your work to ensure that the parts are compliant and the assemblies are accurate.
  • You will keep your workstation clean and well organized, in accordance with health and safety rules.
  • You will perform all other related tasks.

What success looks like 
In the first 6 months: In the first year:
  • Successfully obtain your CWB welder qualification;
  • Master the assembly and welding of accessories for different stage models;
  • Understand work methods and integrate effectively into the team.

In the first year:
  • Be able to independently assemble an SL 100 stage in its entirety, while meeting quality standards and production deadlines;
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing methods within your team.

You are the person we are looking for if:
  • You are proficient in GMAW and GTAW on steel.
  • You have experience reading blueprints and assembling.
  • You are known for your team spirit and collaborative nature.
  • You have good manual skills and are resourceful and meticulous.
  • You have French comprehension (mandatory)

By joining the StagelineFam:
  • You will enjoy a 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday, from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., with 3-day weekends.
  • You will be offered daytime training for at least 2 to 3 weeks. The duration may vary depending on your progress.
