YOUR ROLE

The successful candidate will be tasked with optimizing the existing Canadian program on Amazon while developing the U.S. program, with the goal of boosting Stelpro’s performance on key e-commerce platforms.

As a key manager of e-commerce accounts, you will play a central role in the strategy to maximize the visibility, sales, and profitability of our products, with a strong focus on Amazon. You will strategically monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and measure the effectiveness of implemented initiatives.

 


 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Manage a portfolio of e-commerce accounts and develop strong relationships based on trust and collaboration.
  • Administer and optimize product pages to improve visibility and conversion rates (SEO, titles, images, descriptions).
  • Track and adjust advertising campaigns to maximize sales while respecting budgets.
  • Develop a growth strategy for Amazon in the U.S., adapting products and marketing messages accordingly.
  • Monitor competitors on Amazon and other digital platforms while staying informed about market trends.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
  • Analyze account performance (KPIs, ROI, etc.) and provide data-driven recommendations to maximize results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Design, Operations, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce initiatives.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing, or any other relevant education or experience.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in e-commerce management.
  • Expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads, and SEO/PPC strategies.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian and U.S. e-commerce markets.
  • Advanced proficiency in French and English (written and spoken bilingualism).
