YOUR ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative, you play a key role in the customer experience by providing attentive and efficient service to our partners and clients. Your expertise and proactive approach ensure high-quality support, contributing to Stelpro’s reputation as a leader in the electric heating industry.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process sales orders via the EDI system or email, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.
  • Confirm and track active orders for Canadian and U.S. customers.
  • Manage customer expectations, considering product availability and manufacturing constraints.
  • Handle complaints, pricing requests, and delivery status inquiries, offering appropriate solutions.
  • Manage returns and transportation claims, ensuring quick and efficient resolution.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals and deliver exceptional service.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • High school diploma;
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar customer service or order management role;
  • Bilingual (French and English- spoken and written, to ensure smooth communication with English-speaking clients);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel);
  • General knowledge of ERP and CRM systems ;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with good judgment;
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities effectively;
  • Team spirit, with a collaborative mindset and commitment to achieving collective goals.
