We are looking for a passionate and experienced Parts Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our parts department, you will play an essential role in satisfying our customers and our team of technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and advise customers on the products and parts they need for their vehicles.
- Manage parts inventory, including receiving and storing.
- Process orders and returns in an efficient and organized manner.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and market trends.
Required qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Very good knowledge of automotive parts and sales processes.
- Bilingual
Schedule:
- Mnday to Thursday: 7:30am to 4:30pm
- Friday: 7:30am to 2:30pm
