Under the direction of the QSF Director, you are the claims expert: from the very first call to the final closure of the file, nothing escapes you! A strategic role where precision and organizational skills make all the difference!
Your mission? Investigate, gather key documents, and deliver a complete file to the manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle daily claims processing;
  • Follow up on emails, attach documents to orders, respond to clients and drivers;
  • Open claim files, document, track, and ensure completion;
  • Process & analyze manufacturer claims;
  • Investigate events;
  • Complete control sheets & monitor damage reports;
  • Produce various reports (weekly, monthly, annual);
  • Share information and communications about claims across terminals using our screens;
  • Stay alert to workplace safety;
  • Participate in various projects as needed;
  • Perform all clerical tasks;
  • Any other related duties.
 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bilingual (French & English, spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of M365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience in the transportation sector (asset)
  • Experience using Magnus TMS (asset)
  • Analytical mindset and good judgment
  • Polite and courteous with clients and colleagues
  • Promote a positive and professional image of the company
  • Autonomy and resourcefulness
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Open-minded and solution-oriented
