We are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion and management to help lead in various South Shore locations (Champlain, Dix-30, St-Bruno).

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to bring these values to life by supporting the Store Manager with respect, sharing your passion for fashion, collaborating closely with your colleagues, and bringing innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maximizing store performance through effective staff training and management of all store operations;

  • Running the store to optimize sales and motivating employees to achieve their sales targets;

  • Assisting the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, and training an effective and productive sales team;

  • Ensuring attractive merchandise presentation according to established guidelines;

  • Maintaining merchandise care and ensuring that maintenance standards are met;

  • Contributing to team motivation and engagement;

  • Applying and enforcing internal rules and policies consistently to ensure loss prevention.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong sales and communication skills;

  • Leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and guide teams;

  • Excellent organizational and priority management skills;

  • Passion for and knowledge of fashion;

  • Proficiency with computer tools and POS/inventory management software.
