We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst – ERP and Accounting to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in cost analysis and the meticulous tracking of financial data. You will work closely with the teams to ensure financial processes align with operational needs.

What you will do:

  • Analyze product costs and make recommendations to optimize margins;
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities;
  • Prepare financial statements and management reports;
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and tax standards;
  • Develop financial analysis reports for management;
  • Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts;
  • Monitor and analyze budget variances, recommending adjustments as needed;
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and cost management;
  • Implement solutions to optimize procedures and tools.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in financial accounting;
  • Experience in a public accounting firm;
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems – understanding of data structure (Business Central is an asset);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • CPA designation (an asset);
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
