Are you passionate about fashion, meticulous in your work, and interested in operations management? Join us as an Inventory Allocation Analyst! Under the supervision of the Product Management Lead, you will play a key role in optimizing stock levels and merchandise rotation while maintaining constant communication with our stores.
What You Will Do:
- Manage store inventories and monitor sales (transfers, consolidation, distribution, and replenishment of merchandise);
- Maintain open communication with store managers to effectively address inventory needs;
- Execute merchandise replenishments and markdowns;
- Communicate promotional details to stores and relevant internal departments;
- Analyze store sales performance to propose inventory movements;
- Determine required quantities and distribute merchandise to stores using the inventory management system.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least one year of experience in inventory allocation;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- Key Skills: Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and priority management;
- Functional English;
- Experience with Business Central or SAP is a strong asset.
