We are looking for someone passionate about warehouse coordination to join our team as a Team Leader.

What You Will Do:

  • Team Management: Lead and motivate the team. Assign tasks based on skills and priorities.
  • Operations Planning and Follow-Up: Organize and optimize workflow (receiving, storage, picking, shipping) to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
  • Quality and Performance: Ensure adherence to quality and productivity standards by monitoring performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety standards and internal procedures (equipment use, guidelines, etc.).
  • Training and Development: Train new team members, organize ongoing training sessions, and support skill development.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or shortages. Ensure optimal space management in the warehouse.
  • Communication and Coordination: Maintain constant communication with other departments (logistics, procurement, product management) to ensure a seamless workflow.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least one year of experience in a warehouse environment, ideally in apparel distribution or similar products;
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and unite the team around common goals;
  • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and with precision;
  • Quick thinking, strong organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
