We are seeking a passionate individual with a flair for fashion and management to help lead our Place du Royaume store.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to embody these values by supporting the Store Manager with respect, sharing your passion for fashion, collaborating closely with your colleagues, and bringing innovative ideas to elevate the customer experience.

What you will do:

  • Maximize store performance through effective staff training and management of all operational aspects;
  • Operate the store to optimize sales and inspire employees to achieve sales targets;
  • Assist the Store Manager with recruitment, hiring, and training of a highly effective sales team;
  • Ensure merchandise presentation aligns with established visual guidelines;
  • Maintain and enforce merchandise care and maintenance standards;
  • Contribute to team motivation and foster a positive work atmosphere;
  • Apply and enforce internal policies and procedures consistently to prevent losses.
