Key Responsibilities :
Sales Management

Lead the day-to-day operations of the sales department team;

Develop and maintain business opportunities through proactive and reactive sales efforts;

Actively manage group, transient, and corporate (BT) sales inquiries and contracts;

Oversee the operational aspects of the sales cycle, including proposals, contracts, correspondence, and reporting;

Collaborate closely with Urgo Hotels' regional team to maximize business opportunities;

Create and analyze sales reports and develop strategies to grow occupancy, RevPAR, and market share;
-
Contribute to the revenue management process through active participation in the revenue committee, weekly forecasts, and performance analysis;

Ensure guest satisfaction during and after service delivery;

Manage the financial and material resources allocated to the sales department, including budget preparation, cost control, and inventory management.
Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience in the hospitality industry;
-
Strong customer service skills;
-
Proven leadership and team management abilities;
-
Solid understanding of management principles and relevant software systems (R&I and Delphi experience is a plus).
