Ogloff Financial Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Financial Advisor to join our team. This role is essential in supporting Ogloff Financial Services Inc. in delivering exceptional service to our clients and positioning us for continued growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in portfolio preparation, wealth recommendation analysis, insurance preparation, and client engagement.

  • Base salary of $45,000-$60,000 annually, depending on experience level and licensing, with generous monthly bonus based on production of new business. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing financial portfolios and conducting wealth recommendation analyses.
  • Support in insurance preparation work and manage follow-ups from client meetings.
  • Engage with clients to support financial planning processes, including data gathering and query resolution.
  • Contribute to the firm's social media presence and manage content creation to engage our audience effectively.
  • Foster strong client relationships through dedicated support and follow-up engagements.
  • Seize opportunities to grow and develop your own client base, with the guidance and expertise of Ogloff Financial Services Inc.
  • Stay updated on financial trends and regulatory changes that impact our clients and services.
  Requirements:
  • QAFP (Qualified Associate Financial Planner) designation preferred.
  • Mandatory LLQP (Full) and MFDA Mutual fund license.
  • Post-secondary education in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field is recommended.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
