Humanitarian Customer Support Agents
As part of a large-scale humanitarian mission, we are seeking Customer Support Agents to provide essential support to individuals in highly vulnerable situations.
You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, gathering important information with empathy, ensuring accurate data entry, and delivering attentive, prompt, and reassuring customer service.
Main Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from citizens affected by natural disasters
- Actively listen to needs, provide compassionate responses, and collect accurate information
- Enter data into internal systems with precision and speed
- Escalate special or urgent cases to the coordination team
Desired Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Bilingual (French/English) or fully fluent in English
- Immediately available and ready to step in at any time, as needed

- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to take notes while conducting calls simultaneously
