Role Description

Summary

Clinical support for clients before and after the sale of medical imaging products.
The incumbent is responsible for supporting the development and growth of Christie Innomed’s business portfolio. The main role will be to train users on newly installed medical imaging equipment and related software applications, as well as to provide clinical applications follow-up across Canada, among other responsibilities outlined below.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-sale training during installations and ensure customer satisfaction in hospitals, clinics, private practices, and other medical facilities.
• Assist with product training in collaboration with field sales representatives and other colleagues.
• Support product demonstrations and presentations alongside the sales team, including at trade shows, conferences, and other marketing activities.
• Complete activity summary reports and related administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience
• Must be a certified medical imaging technologist in the field of radiodiagnostics and a member of a professional regulatory body.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a technologist using general radiography and fluoroscopy equipment in a clinical setting.
• Experience with any of the following equipment is an asset:
o Mammography
o Ultrasound
o C-arm
• Proficient in MS Office software including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience in clinical applications for commercial use is beneficial.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of French is a significant asset.
