Role Overview

As a Store Manager for CAMPUS13, an exciting new brand launching soon, you will play a key role in shaping the customer experience and driving the overall performance of the store. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, achieving sales targets, and creating a dynamic and inspiring environment aligned with the brand image.

At the heart of the in-store experience, you will lead and motivate your team to deliver a distinctive customer experience that reflects the CAMPUS13 universe. You will ensure high standards in visual presentation, customer service, and operational execution. This is a role where your leadership, business mindset, and ability to build an engaged team will make all the difference.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the store, including opening, closing, and supervising operations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals while effectively managing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure service standards are consistently maintained.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing and engaged team.
  • Plan work schedules based on operational needs and peak traffic periods.
  • Ensure the store’s visual presentation meets merchandising standards at all times.
  • Manage inventory, merchandise receiving, and loss prevention processes.
  • Maintain a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.
  • Collaborate with head office teams to ensure consistent execution of business initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of store processes and operational practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Proven experience managing teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and retail store operations.
  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Proficiency with basic computer tools (POS systems, Microsoft Office, etc.).
