Administrative Assistant – Operations and Office Life Support

What you’ll do on a daily basis 🗂️:

Serve as the administrative anchor of the office: answer the phone, manage mail, coordinate building access, maintain a physical presence, and contribute to a smooth and welcoming work environment.

Support employee onboarding and offboarding (logistics, equipment, access, administrative documents).

Participate in key internal meetings (management, operations, HR, etc.), take notes, and draft clear and well-structured meeting minutes.

Document and organize: write and update internal procedures, structure shared organizational information.

Handle certain administrative communications, such as timesheet submissions to clients and satisfaction surveys.

Provide cross-functional administrative support to operations, human resources, business development, and training teams.

Help ensure the right information reaches the right people at the right time.
