We are seeking an Internal Technical Advisor responsible for ensuring synergy across all departments. Acting as the conductor of operational fluidity, your mission is to guarantee that every vehicle—whether new or pre-owned—meets the highest quality standards prior to delivery, while maintaining rigorous management of the courtesy vehicle fleet.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire preparation cycle (mechanical inspections, aesthetic reconditioning, and compliance) for the complete inventory.
  • Perform final exit inspections and inventory audits on units in preparation to ensure error-free delivery that meets customer expectations.
  • Issue and administer internal work orders for maintenance and preparation, ensuring adherence to established deadlines and budgets.
  • Act as the central point of contact between Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance to ensure a harmonious workflow.
  • Centralize and validate the accuracy of vehicle files (PDI, technical specs, vehicle history, warranties, and certificates of conformity).
  • Keep internal tools up to date, produce dashboards, and generate tracking reports on inventory status.
  • Identify operational gaps and coordinate corrective actions to optimize turnaround times and overall quality.
  • Manage rental/courtesy vehicle reservations and contracts, perform departure/return inspections, and schedule fleet maintenance.
  • Handle invoicing for the service department, process payments, and perform daily financial reconciliation.


Required Profile

  • Minimum of one year in an operational or technical coordination role within an automotive dealership.
  • Excellent understanding of vehicle preparation processes (PDI), compliance documentation, and dealership management systems (DMS).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex files simultaneously with exemplary attention to detail.
  • Strong team spirit and the ability to communicate diplomatically with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with IT tools and the ability to produce accurate data reports.
  • Fluency in French; functional English is considered an asset.
  • Relevant training in administration, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
