Your Mission :
Long before an event comes to life, the visitor's experience begins with a warm welcome that builds confidence and sets the tone for their visit. As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for visitors, greeting them upon arrival, guiding them through their requests, and answering their questions with confidence and professionalism. Whether assisting with ticketing issues, directing guests to the right location, or distributing tickets to individuals on the guest list, you respond quickly and effectively to ensure a seamless experience. Through your presence, professionalism, and commitment to customer service, you play a key role in the smooth operation of the event and help create a positive experience for every visitor.
Your Responsibilities :
- Provide information and guidance to customers by answering questions about our products, services, and events.
- Deliver personalized support to resolve a variety of situations, including issues related to ticket purchases, lost tickets, and customer account access.
- Welcome guests listed on the guest list, verify their eligibility, and distribute tickets when required.
- Advise customers on available options and promote VIP upgrades when appropriate.
- Ensure a warm, efficient, and professional customer experience during every interaction.
- Perform any other customer service-related duties as required.
What We're Looking For :
- Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions and cold weather.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented approach, with a genuine commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Ability to manage multiple requests at once while remaining calm, organized, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative attitude and the ability to thrive in an event-driven environment.
- Comfortable using technology, customer service systems, and ticketing platforms.
- Strong ability to advise customers, recommend solutions tailored to their needs, and identify opportunities for upselling and enhanced service offerings.
